On Saturday, June 13, 2026, it's that time again! At Campus Day, you will have the unique opportunity to get to know KIT in all its exciting and colorful facets, find out about our bachelor's and master's program programs and prepare for studying at your university in Karlsruhe.
You can expect exciting lectures, real lectures, cool videos and guided tours behind the scenes of our research. The Departments will open their laboratories and lecture halls until 3:00 pm.
All this takes place on the KIT Campus South, in the Audimax, Building 30.95, Straße am Forum 1. After the opening in the lecture hall, you will find many institutions and institutes in the foyer of the Audimax and on the open space in front of it, which can introduce themselves and give you a lot of important information.
Some offers are also hybrid - i.e. on site and in the livestream at the same time.

You can now find the complete program online in the event app - there you can easily put together your personal list of favorites. For a few courses you have to register in advance due to space restrictions - you will find the relevant information directly in the program.
Throughout the day, you can ask your questions about degree programs, study programs, applications, stays abroad or other topics - at info talks and Q&As with students, lecturers and advisors.
Afterwards, you can get a taste of student life and take part in theAKK Summerrave right next door on the "Roter Platz".

The Audimax (Straße am Forum 1, 76131 Karlsruhe) is the heart of the Campus Day at KIT. This is where your day starts with the official welcome and the opening program. In the foyer of the Audimax, you will also find the central exhibition: Here, the Departments will present their degree programs, study programs and the central institutions of KIT. You can talk directly to students, teaching staff and advisors and gain exciting insights into the wide range of teaching and research offered at KIT.
Afterwards, the other offers will take place on the entire campus. You can find all information on the individual locations and program items in the course app.
The Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT, Campus South) is centrally located in Karlsruhe and can be easily reached by public transport. Simply take the streetcar to the stop "Durlacher Tor / KIT-Campus South", from there you are in the middle of Campus South in just a few minutes.
For the trip to the campus day you can use the bwtariffare. You can find the exact departure times at Karlsruhe Transport Association (KVV) or in the Deutsche Bahn timetable information.
All information about Campus Day at KIT is always at your fingertips with our course app. From mid-May, you will find the complete program there and can easily compile your personal list of favorites. This way you can plan your day individually and are guaranteed not to miss anything.
