On Saturday, June 13, 2026, it's that time again! At the Campus Day, you have the unique opportunity to get to know KIT in all its exciting and colorful facets, to find out about our Bachelor's and Master's degree programs and to prepare for studying at your university in Karlsruhe.
You can expect exciting talks, real lectures, cool videos and guided tours behind the scenes of our research. The faculties open laboratories and lecture halls until 15:00.
All this takes place on the KIT Campus South with an opening in the Audimax, Building 30.95, Straße am Forum 1. In the foyer of the Audimax you will find many facilities and institutes that can introduce themselves and give you a lot of important information.
Some offers are also hybrid - i.e. on site and in the livestream at the same time.
You will find the complete program online from mid-May. Simply put together your personal list of favorites in the app. For a few events, you will need to register in advance for reasons of space - you will find the relevant information directly in the program.
Throughout the day, you can ask your questions about degree programs, applications, stays abroad or other topics - at info talks and Q&As with students, lecturers and advisors.

The Audimax (Straße am Forum 1, 76131 Karlsruhe) is the heart of the Campus Day at KIT. This is where your day starts with the official welcome and the opening program. In the foyer of the Audimax you will also find the central exhibition, where the faculties and their study programs as well as the central facilities of KIT will present themselves. You can talk directly to students, lecturers and advisors and gain exciting insights into the wide range of teaching and research offered at KIT.
Afterwards, further events will take place on the entire campus. You can find all information on the individual locations and program items in the event app.
The Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT, Campus South) is centrally located in Karlsruhe and is easy to reach by public transport. Simply take the streetcar to the stop "Durlacher Tor / KIT-Campus Süd", from there you are in the middle of the campus in just a few minutes.
For the trip to the campus day you can use the bwtarif fare. You can find the exact departure times at Karlsruhe Transport Association (KVV) or in the Deutsche Bahn timetable information.

Regardless of whether it is a meeting, conference, music festival or street party, every event can be organized in such a way that the environment, resources and climate are protected and social aspects are taken into account.
